Mental health awareness is a really important thing to talk about, so when the AHA came calling with this project, it was a no brainer to get involved and create a piece that helps talk about the issue in an engaging way. We helped develop, design, and animate this piece from script to the final. In it, we explore playful scenes of people being together sharing experiences like a walk in the park with a pup, or a funny video. The film explains that those things are easy, but it's more difficult to share the tough stuff we are going through, and how important it is to do so for our mental health. The message is clear: when you share you're not alone.
